    WEEK IN MEALS #6

    There was quite a lot of eating out this week but in aim to keep myself on track with better eating, I opted for lighter versions. Eating out doesn’t always have to be bad for you!

    Monday:
    Chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese and sundried tomato, tenderstem brocolli, beans, mangetout, spinach and half an avocado

    Tuesday:Stirfried chicken and vegetables with light soy sauce dressing

    Stir Fry
    Wednesday:
    Pizza express night. Low cal option with the salmon leggera salad, only 413 calories

    Thursday:


    Salmon fillet with spinach, broccoli, mange tout, beans and red pepper

    Friday:
    Wagamamas chilli beef ramen

    Saturday:
    Healthy (ish) twist on a take-away curry. Tandoori mixed grill with salad

    Sunday: 
     Apples and sultanas sauteed in brandy and brown sugar - my favourite treat
